Bobrick 1550 Instructions

Current style Global stainless steel door catch includes screws for mounting. This is used with the 9g700 latch in ss. Product part number is 8262360. This part has a 3/8" gap for the catch and is 2-1/8" in length, 1-5/8" hole spacing and is 3/4" wide. 

Kit includes rod with exposed flanges.

Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64" dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.

Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 36′′ require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.

For use with standard shower curtain model No ’s 1200 or 1200-V having 36′′ length and standard hooks Model No 1200-SHU unit should be installed with rod centerline 74-1/2′′ AFF or 67′′  above tub rim to obtain 6′′ bottom overlap.

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover lh in/rh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8684.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Top Hinge Pin is used to replace the old style hinge pin. If you have the old style you must also purchase the upper hinge. This hinge is used with the 9HH350, 9HH300, 9HH550, 9HH500 and also the Arch Hinges. The manufacturer's part number is 631400. This product uses a phillips head screwdriver, old style was a torx head. The dimensions are 3/8" diameter by 1-1/2" height.

The Heavy Duty Vault Hinge Set Stainless Steel, for 3/4" Or 1" thick doors is used by all of the manufactures on their Solid Plastic (HDPE) Restroom dividers. Hadrian Partitions Aluminum Headrail for 1" thick material Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted Solid Plastic Partitions. The headrail goes over the top of the pilaster which is 1" for the headrail to fit over the top of the pilaster. The slot is for 1/4" curtain hook. Mounting screws are located every 11" or so. Can be raise up 3/8" for emergency entrance and springs allow the door to seft close.
