The strike is a1/2" thick and the slot is 7/16" deep. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 3-1/2″ long with 2-3/4″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The bracket sometimes goes by the name Bathroom Stall (toilet partition) Two Ear Bracket or Wall Bracket.
