ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The Flush Metal Partition Top Door Insert is for use on 7/8" thick doors.  The piece is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  Top hinge insert outside dimensions are 2-3/8" by 1" wide by 1-5/8". Two of the three holes are 13/32" diameter and the third is 7/32". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Inser Top 7/8". Manufacture part # 1540.  Bobrick also used this insert.

Square Security Clothes Hook designed to snap down if excessive load is placed on hook. Fabricated from type 304 stainless steel, 12 gauge and backplate 14 gauge with satin finish. The Fiat Toilet Partition Top Door Insert is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is chrome plated and then polished.  The hinge U insert has outside dimesions of 2-3/16" wide by 1-1/2" by 1" deep with tow holes 1/2" diameter. The inside distance between the U's is 1-1/16". Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Door Insert Top 1". Manufacture part # 4800.

Kit includes rod with exposed flanges.

Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64" dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.

Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 48′′ require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.

Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The Electronic Touchless Bulk/Cartridge Soap Dispenser in white, consistently dispenses one (1-1.5ml) drop at a time. The unit operates on 3 "C" batteries for up to 80,000 cycles. The refillable reservoir may be used with quality bulk liquid soaps. The mechanism is a separate piece to prevent damage from the soap.
