The All American Toilet Partition Top Hinge is used on round edged pilaster posts.  It is constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 102.  A-1-5/8".

The Toilet Partition Top Hinge 1-1/4" Round Edge is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   This hinge is used on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  The outside dimensions of the hinge are 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/2" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U mounting channel is 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The mounting holes are 1-1/2" apart on center. The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

The Continuous Hinge without Spring Stainless Steel, is 57-1/2" long by 3".   It is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  Holes are located every 11" or so, and the hinge pin diameter is 1/8".  Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.
