The Partition Surface Mounted SS Hinge Set are for use on  Left Hand Inswing and Right Out Swinging Doors.  One of the better reasons to use this hinge is the fact that they have a stainless steel pin in them.  Nearly all of the Gravity Hinges out there use plastic pins.  Stainless Steel construction, 1/8" thick. Outside dimensions of the hinge are 3-5/16" wide by 2-7/8" high. The screw spacing is 2-5/16" wide by 1-1/2" high. The mounting holes are 1/4" diameter. The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is constructed or cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  This top hinge comes with the white plastic insert, not shown.   The top hinge hole is 1/2" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 3713.  A=1-1/2". The Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge  is constructed of chrome plated Zamac die cast metal.  This hinge is used on round edged pilaster posts of 1-1/4" thickness.  The hinge measures 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/8" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U part of the hinge measures 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The hole spacing is 1-1/2". The lug projects out 1-3/32" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4040. Used on Ampco and Metpar Metal Partitions.  Shipped with mounting screws.  A=1-7/16"

Torque Head Barrel Nut Shoulder Screw for 1-3/16" - 1-3/8" gripping. Use with torque driver bit T27 for toilet partition security screws. 10-24 thread chrome plated and uses a 6 lobe  head torque. Both pieces included.

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Comtec Stealth Brackets for Integral Hinges 4 brackets included. These brackets help support the plastic pins used with the integral hinge pin system. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The American Sanitary Bottom hinge Insert For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The door insert outside measurements are 2-5/16" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-3/16" tall. The inside dimensions are 1" and the hex hole measures 3/4". The round hole measures 5/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 2490.

The Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge for 1-1/4" Sq Edge Cast Stainless Steel is a replacement for the Zamac Die Cast hinges for General, American Sanitary, Flush Metal and Fiat Partitions.  It features cast stainless steel construction, which is much more durable.  The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide and the hole spacing is 1-1/2". The U channel is 2-1/4" by 1-1/4" by 1" deep. The lug projects out 1-5/8" by 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter bushing. Also known as a General Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 3293.  Shipped with mounting screws.  A=1-5/8"

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover rh in/lh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8674.

The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160.
