It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel.

The Toilet Partition ADA Slide Latch Set with Indicator is constructed of black acetate plastic and stainless steel.  This lock meets ADA Compliance Codes, and has a green and red occupancy indicator on the exterior.  Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The indicator is 2" in diameter and 13/32" thick.
