ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Partition Strike And Keeper For 3/4" Door, 1-7/8" Between Screws Stamped Stainless Steel

Stamped stainless steel .075" thick construction. The strike and keeper measure 2-7/8" high by 2" wide with a 1-7/8" hole spacing. The stop posts are 5/8" wide by 7/8" tall with rubber inserts. Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel.

The Accurate Toilet Partition Hinge Cam Set is used on Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp plastic laminate doors.  The manufactures part numbers are 9G631E, 89820 and 89830.

Toilet partition door hinge side sightline filler for 1-1/4" thick powder coated steel pilaster post. This product has a slight round edge specifically for this material. The demensions are 1-1/4"x 54-1/2", this product is brushed aluminum and can be cut in the field. This product will help block the gap on the toilet partition hinge side. Known as 560458 from Hadrian partitions and can be used with other factories.
