The Heavy Duty Vault Hinge Set Stainless Steel, for 3/4" Or 1" thick doors is used by all of the manufactures on their Solid Plastic (HDPE) Restroom dividers. Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge 54" With 20 Degree Cam Close Stainless Steel. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside.

Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape. Used with up to a 1-1/4" Thick Post. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support U-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″. The Matte Black Hadrian Corner Headrail Kit is designed for mounting Hadrian Matte Black Headrails. Constructed of stainless steel with matte black finish. Sping clip and end cap are made of plastic. This kits includes (2) Wall Brackets, (1) Spring Clip, (1) L Bracket, (1) Headrail Endcap and fasterners. Would be used for partitions that need headrail across front of partitions as well as down one side. Spring clips would be used if you are needing to join two headrails together. L bracket is used to attach Headrail on the side of partitions to back wall. Known as manufacturers part number 675411-BLK.

The American Sanitary Bottom hinge Insert For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The door insert outside measurements are 2-5/16" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-3/16" tall. The inside dimensions are 1" and the hex hole measures 3/4". The round hole measures 5/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 2490.

Aluminum 2 piece wall bracket kit typically used with toilet partition panels, but have various other uses. The overall length of the brackets are 2-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/2". ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Concealed Partition Latch Keeper Bumper Inswing 1-1/4" Round Edge Cast Stainless Steel

Cast stainless steel construction. Keeper is 1-1/4" tall by 2-3/8" wide by 2-9/16" deep. The strike is a17/32" thick and the slot is 1/4" deep. The Partition Double Door Pull 5-1/2" Chrome Plated come as two handles for mounting back to back handles on an one inch thick door.   The handles have 5-7/8" center to center hole spacing, and the screws included are for a 1" thick door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The manufacturer part number on this part is 610112. Overall width is 6-3/4".

ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap.
