Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Global Partitions Top Hinge For Flat Surface Mounting. Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 3/8" diameter. Manufacturer part # 135580. The Partition Surface Mounted Hinge Set is for use on Right Out Swing and Left Hand In Swinging doors.  The hinges raise the door up 1/4" when opening, and then gravity causes the door to shelf close.  They measure 1-1/2" center to center hole spacing on the vertical and 2-7/16" center to center on the horizontal.  Constructed of cast brass with chrome plating and polished.  They are also known as a Bathroom Stall Gravity Hinge Set.  Manufacture part # 7021.

The Flush Metal Partition Top Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" square edged pilaster posts.  It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide. The U channel is 2-1/4" by 1-1/4" by 1" deep. The lug projects out 1-5/8" by 1/2" thick with a 3/8" diameter bushing. Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Top 1-1/4". The Hadrian Partition Wrap Around Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. The manufacture part number is 601550.

The One Ear Hinged Bracket , 3" by  2-1/2" by 1" is constructed of 16 ga (.050") thick for the hinge and 14 ga (.075") thick on the bracket, stainless steel.  The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together. The Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 3/8".  We sometimes find the number 3210 on the back of the hinge.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Kit includes Bottom & Top Hinges, Pintle, Nylon Cam, Top Pin and Bottom & Top Hinge Door Inserts. Hinges measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide with screw spacing of 1-1/2". Manufacture part number 63130 kit. The top hinge wall to center of the 3/8" diameter hole is 1-1/4" which is known as a 3790 hinge. The bottom hinge wall is also 1-1/4" to the center of the 5/16" hole and known as 3290 hinge. The Top Pin is 3/8" x 3-1/2". Screws are also included.

Surface Mounted Stainless Hinge sets in stock for quick deliveries, this version is a right hand inswing and left hand outswing hinge set, always facing the toilet compartments. Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.
