The One Ear Hinged Bracket Stainless Steel , measures 3" high by 2-1/2" deep by 1-1/4" and is designed for an 1-1/4" thick panel.  Hinge is 16 ga (.060") thick, Bracket is 14 ga (.075") thick. The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together.  This bracket is ideal for applications were the Pilaster and Panels are not at a 90 degree angle. Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover lh in/rh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8684.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Sanymetal Toilet Partitions SS Bottom Hinge For 1-1/4" thick Round Edged pilaster posts.  They are constructed of stainless steel cast.   The manufacturer part number is 3060, 3403  A=1-9/16".

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Toilet partition door hinge side sightline filler for 1-1/4" thick powder coated steel pilaster post. This product has a slight round edge specifically for this material. The demensions are 1-1/4"x 54-1/2", this product is brushed aluminum and can be cut in the field. This product will help block the gap on the toilet partition hinge side. Known as 560458 from Hadrian partitions and can be used with other factories.
