Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The Hadrian Partition Wrap Around Top Hinge is constructed of cast stainless steel, making it a very strong hinge.  The manufactures part number is 601451.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.
