The Global Partitions Ada Latch Knob Cover, with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The 9G0139AS meets ADA compliance codes.  This is one of 3 concealed latches that we know of that are held together by a screw instead of the retaining clip we find on most latches.  The manufacture part number is 40-8513370G.
