Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Toilet Partition Top & Bottom Hinge Assembly For 1" Door, 1-1/4" Pilaster Square Edge. Polished chrome plated zamac die cast construction. Kit includes Bottom & Top Hinges, Pintle, Nylon Cam, Top Pin and Bottom & Top Hinge Door Inserts. Hinges measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide with screw spacing of 1-1/2". Manufacture part number 63130 kit. The top hinge wall to center of the 3/8" diameter hole is 1-1/4" which is known as a 3790 hinge. The bottom hinge wall is also 1-1/4" to the center of the 5/16" hole and known as 3290 hinge. The Top Pin is 3/8" x 3-1/2". Screws are also included.

Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is used for a flat wall surface mount.  The hinge is constructed for cast stainless steel and brushed to the desired finish.  The hinge hole is 3/8" diameter, and the manufactures part # 3213.  A=1-1/2". Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Surface Mounted Stainless Hinge sets in stock for quick deliveries, this version is a right hand inswing and left hand outswing hinge set, always facing the toilet compartments. The overall wide is 3-1/4" x 3-5/32"ht, the hole spacing is 2-5/16" and 1-1/2"ht with 1/4" holes. This is a gravity type hinge that uses a stainless adjustable pintle to close the door. This part is also known for 7273. All hardware included to install. Maximum door weight is 80lbs.

The Hadrian Partition Wrap Around Top Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" round edged pilaster posts.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The manufactures part number is 601350.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Toggle & Screw is used to fasten the Sanymetal and Hadrian surface hinges to the pilaster post. Also known as toggle bolts for tying hinge to pilaster on the edge.

The Sanymetal Partitions Top Hinge Door Escutcheon For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The outside measurements of this part is 1-3/16" wide by 2-96/32" long by 1-5/8" high.  The hole through the middle is 3/8" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 2450.

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

The Sanymetal Toilet Partition Toggle & Screw is used on there surface mounted hinges 9S7770 and 9S7360.  Hadrian uses a the same item.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

Scranton Partitions 8" Wrap Around Hinge Insert Replacements. This kit includes the Top and Bottom insert replacements. Design works with other manufactures 8" Wrap Hinges. Known as HHINSERTST by Scranton Products/Comtec/Hiny Hider.

Hadrian Door Kit includes Ada turn latches with hinges that wrap around the edge of the pilaster type. Cast stainless steel parts include wrap hinges, keeper bumper, ada turn latch, cover plate, pintle, nylon cam, double door pulls, top pin, coat hook with bumper and all security screws included. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 3/8" diameter. Hadrian Partition chrome plastic button for pilaster holes to cover them up on edge of pilaster. The hadrian partition pilaster has two holes on one edge of the pilaster for concealed mounting that uses a toggle and screw to mount the hinge. Used with metal and stainless steel pilasters and known as 607230.

The Global Toilet Partitions Top Pin is for plastic laminate restroom stalls.  The top pin measures 3/8" diameter by 3-1/4" long with 5/16-18 threads. It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.  It is constructed of threaded steel.
