Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The American Sanitary Bottom hinge Insert For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The door insert outside measurements are 2-5/16" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-3/16" tall. The U channel is 2-1/4" by 1-1/4" by 1" deep. The lug projects out 1-5/8" by 1/2" thick with a 3/8" diameter bushing. Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Top 1-1/4". The Hadrian Partition Wrap Around Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. The manufacture part number is 601550.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The Partition Surface Mounted Hinge Set is for use on Right Out Swing and Left Hand In Swinging doors.  The hinges raise the door up 1/4" when opening, and then gravity causes the door to shelf close.  They measure 1-1/2" center to center hole spacing on the vertical and 2-7/16" center to center on the horizontal.  Constructed of cast brass with chrome plating and polished.  They are also known as a Bathroom Stall Gravity Hinge Set.  Manufacture part # 7021.

Surface Mounted Stainless Hinge sets in stock for quick deliveries, this version is a right hand inswing and left hand outswing hinge set, always facing the toilet compartments. The overall wide is 3-1/4" x 3-5/32"ht, the hole spacing is 2-5/16" and 1-1/2"ht with 1/4" holes. This is a gravity type hinge that uses a stainless adjustable pintle to close the door. The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Bobrick fixed position tilt mirrors known as B-293 series. These mirrors are ADA approved and are required for commercial restrooms that provide handicap accessibility. The frame is type 304 stainless steel with beveled edges of the frame hug the mirror. This provides a gapless fit for improved appearance and safety when cleaning. The product is a plate glass. The mirror extends 4" from the wall at the top and tapers down to 1" at the bottom.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

Security Clothes Hook designed to snap down if excessive load is placed on hook. Fabricated from type 304 stainless steel, bracket is 11 gauge and hook 7 gauge with satin finish. Product is offered in 2 mounting types: Front or Chase(Rear). Front mount has 4 holes through flange bracket and comes with torx mounting screws. Chase mount will come with rods welded to back and nuts for mounting. There are 3 options for the chase mount which you will have to select and each will come with specific sized rods to affix hook through wall. The hadrian partition pilaster has two holes on one edge of the pilaster for concealed mounting that uses a toggle and screw to mount the hinge. Used with metal and stainless steel pilasters and known as 607230.

Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening.  The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.
