The Hadrian Partition Nylon Cam is one of the components for the door hinge.  It is constructed of white nylon plastic.  The manufactures part number is 601700.

Global Partitions Top Hinge For Flat Surface Mounting. Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-1/2" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 3/8" diameter. Manufacturer part # 135580. The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Left Hand Outswing/ Right Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Left Hand Outswing, and Right Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". Also known as a Full Length Bathroom Stall Continuous Hinge. Manufacture part # 7959.
