The One Ear Hinged Bracket Stainless Steel , measures 3" high by 2-1/2" deep by 1-1/4" and is designed for an 1-1/4" thick panel.  Hinge is 16 ga (.060") thick, Bracket is 14 ga (.075") thick. The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together.  This bracket is ideal for applications were the Pilaster and Panels are not at a 90 degree angle. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Hinged Wall Bracket. Manufacture part # 111369.

Square Barrel Hinge Set- Right Hand Out Swing and Left Hand In swing are our most heavy duty hinges.  They are constructed of 1/8" thick stainless steel.  1-1/2" hole spacing up and down and 2-3/8" right to left hole spacing. Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

Outside dimensions of the hinge are 3-5/16" wide by 2-7/8" high. The screw spacing is 2-5/16" wide by 1-1/2" high. The mounting holes are 1/4" diameter. The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is constructed or cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  This top hinge comes with the white plastic insert, not shown.   The top hinge hole is 1/2" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 3713.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Plastic Rod works with most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. This is the replacement pin used on Solid Plastic restroom stall top hinges. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge  is constructed of chrome plated Zamac die cast metal.  This hinge is used on round edged pilaster posts of 1-1/4" thickness.  The hinge measures 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/8" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U part of the hinge measures 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The hole spacing is 1-1/2". The lug projects out 1-3/32" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4040. Used on Ampco and Metpar Metal Partitions.  Shipped with mounting screws.  A=1-7/16"

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The Hadrian Partition Wrap Around Top Hinge is constructed of cast stainless steel, making it a very strong hinge.  The manufactures part number is 601451.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.

Comtec Stealth Brackets for Integral Hinges 4 brackets included. These brackets help support the plastic pins used with the integral hinge pin system. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The American Sanitary Bottom hinge Insert For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The door insert outside measurements are 2-5/16" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-3/16" tall. Heavy Duty Piano Hinge Stainless Steel 57-1/2", Left Hand Outswing, Right Hand In Swing is constructed of 14 gauge (0.75" thick) stainless steel.  The internal spring makes this a self closing hinge. Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover rh in/lh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8674.

The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door.
