The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is constructed or cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  This top hinge comes with the white plastic insert, not shown.   The top hinge hole is 1/2" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 3713.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The American Sanitary Bottom hinge Insert For 1" Door is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The door insert outside measurements are 2-5/16" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-3/16" tall. The inside dimensions are 1" and the hex hole measures 3/4". The round hole measures 5/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 2490.

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

The Hadrian Partition Wrap Around Top Hinge is constructed of cast stainless steel, making it a very strong hinge.  The manufactures part number is 601451.

The Partition Surface Mounted SS Hinge Set are for use on  Left Hand Inswing and Right Out Swinging Doors.  One of the better reasons to use this hinge is the fact that they have a stainless steel pin in them.  Nearly all of the Gravity Hinges out there use plastic pins.  Stainless Steel construction, 1/8" thick. Global partitions plastic laminate between 2 walls stalls for commercial businesses. Plastic laminate overhead braced floor mounted stalls are mostly used. Standard stalls are 36" x 60" depth (24" door), an Ada stall is 60" x 60" depth (36" door). All standard chrome hardware included. Doors can be either in or out swing and up to 8 standard stalls total or 7 standard and 1 ada stall. All toilet partitions ship in 48-72 hours plus 2-4 days travel. Heavy Duty Piano Hinge Stainless Steel 57-1/2", Left Hand Outswing, Right Hand In Swing is constructed of 14 gauge (0.75" thick) stainless steel.  The internal spring makes this a self closing hinge. This toilet partition door hinge is heavy duty with a 1/4" pin for extra strength. The hinge measures 3" laying flat by 57-1/2". 9" centers with 6 holes on each side.

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover rh in/lh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8674.

Hadrian partition steel stall doors are available with many colors to choose from and sizes. Quickship colors will ship in 48-72 hours. Usually one week delivery time for those colors. There is a 3 week lead time for non stock colors. The color chart shows an American flag which indicates a quickship color. All stalls doors come with a standard chrome plated door kit which includes wrap hinges, keeper and latching. Stainless steel hardware is available. The door widths start out at 23"-36" available. All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. Note we now offer Square Edge wrap hinges which are not very common, most have a slight round edge.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.

Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. The Toilet Partition Top Hinge Door Escutcheon For 7/8" Thick Doors has chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The outside dimensions of the escutcheon are 1" deep by 1-5/8" high by 2-3/8" wide with two of the three holes with a diameter of 5/16" and one at 7/32". The inside dimensions of the U are 1" high by 2-1/16" wide. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Top 7/8". Manufacture part # 2740. Used on Metpar and AMPCO Toilet Partitions.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

Scranton Partitions 8" Wrap Around Hinge Insert Replacements. This kit includes the Top and Bottom insert replacements. Design works with other manufactures 8" Wrap Hinges. Known as HHINSERTST by Scranton Products/Comtec/Hiny Hider.

The One Ear Hinged Bracket , 3" by  2-1/2" by 1" is constructed of 16 ga (.050") thick for the hinge and 14 ga (.075") thick on the bracket, stainless steel.  The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together.
