The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. The long pin is 6" x 1/2" diameter, the smaller one is 3-1/2" x 1/2" diameter. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover rh in/lh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8674.

Tubing is 1″ diameter x 20 gauge with a satin finish. 48" Length will be as specified. Rod is held captive by flanges when installed properly. Rod may rotate in flanges if turned by hand. Correctly installed rod and flanges will support specified shower curtain(s) hung on hooks 1200-SHU or others. Rod will bend and pull from flanges if significant body weight is suspended.

Toilet partition continuous door stop for powder coated steel partitions, this has a slight round edge for attaching. The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. This is made of brushed aluminum material and is used with in or out swing doors. Also known as Hadrian partitions part number 560058.

Plastic Rod works with most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. This is the replacement pin used on Solid Plastic restroom stall top hinges. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.
