Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The hole spacing is 1-3/4" wide by 1-1/2" high. The four mounting holes have a diameter of 1/4". The Slide Latch base is 1/4" thick. The latch bolt is 7/8" wide by 3-7/16" long. Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64" dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.

Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 48′′ require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.

The latch bolt is 11/32" diameter and has a travel of 7/16". Also known as a Flush Metal Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch Housing. Manufacture part # 6606. This part has a 1-1/4" diameter.

The Partition Slide Bolt Latch Chrome Plated is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The latch measures 1-1/2" Wide X 3-1/4" High, and 2-3/4" Between Screws.  We find this latch used on Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partition corp restroom stalls.  Also known as a Surface Mounted Bathroom Stall Slide Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Known as 40-8512899. Shipped with mounting screws. This latch is Ada approved.
