The Partition Slide Bolt Latch with Indicator is constructed of Cast Stainless Steel.  It is designed for 3/4" or 1" thick doors, and has a screw spacing of 2-3/4" on center.   We find this latch on Global Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp restroom stalls.  The manufacturer part number is 8563009. This latch is Ada approved. There is no exact replacement available.

Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Right Hand Outswing, and Left Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views".
