ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel 57-1/2" long, is for use on Right Hand Inswing, Left Outswing restroom stall doors. The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel with 4 springs. It measures 3" wide when laid flat x 57-1/2" long with a 1/8" diameter hinge pin. The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Right Hand Outswing/ Left Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Right Hand Outswing, and Left Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". Partition Continuous One Ear Wall Bracket For 1"Panel Aluminum

Constructed of extruded anodized aluminum. Base is 2-5/8" wide by 57-1/2" long, with screw holes every 13" or so. The legs project out 2-3/4" with the thru hole at 2-3/8" from the back of the base. The legs have a clearance of 1" for 1" thick panels. Sometimes known as Bathroom Stall Continuous One Ear Wall Bracket. The manufacturers part numbers are 2334, one ear 1" x 57, and 650-9750-58.
