The Partition Surface Mounted Hinge Set is for use on Left Hand Out Swing and Right Hand Hand In Swinging doors.  The hinges raise the door up 1/4" when opening, and then gravity causes the door to shelf close.  They measure 1-1/2" center to center hole spacing on the vertical and 2-7/16" center to center on the horizontal.  Constructed of cast brass with chrome plating and polished.  They are also known as a Bathroom Stall Gravity Hinge Set.  Manufacture part # 7011.

The General Toilet Partitions Latch Knob, Cover & Pin is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-3/4" with the inner ring diameter of 1-7/32". The pegs project out 1-7/32" on the cover. Pin has a diameter of 11/32" and comes in Straight or Offset and is 2-11/32" long. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch Cover and Knob Assembly. Manufacture part # 5190 Offset Pin is used with powder coated steel and 5080 Straight Pin is used with plastic laminate. Global Partitions Bottom Hinge For Surface Mount. Stainless Steel die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-9/16" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. Manufacture part # 3010, 111710, 111713. Also used with Flush Metal and General Partitions. Shipped with mounting screws. A=1-9/16". Also used with Accurate Partition doors after January 2013.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.

Hinges, Coat Hook and Latch Keeper are constructed of stainless steel and indicator latch is constructed of zamac with all having a matte black finish. The door kits comes with (2) Hinges, (1)Indicator Latch, (1) Latch Keeper, (1) Coat Hook and fasteners for installing. Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Can be utilized with any manufacturer for partitions but sizes could vary. Commonly known as 40-8447334(Global/Accurate), CI-76STIFFENER(Scranton) and 627240(Hadrian).

Generic Plastic Rod fits most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. This is the replacement hinge pin on there Solid Plastic bottom hinges. The inside distance between the U's is 1-1/16". Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Door Insert Top 1". Manufacture part # 4800.

ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail (9A84) Manufacturer Part# 40-8448100.

Square Security Clothes Hook designed to snap down if excessive load is placed on hook. Fabricated from type 304 stainless steel, 12 gauge and backplate 14 gauge with satin finish.
