The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Left Hand Outswing/ Right Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Left Hand Outswing, and Right Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". The Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 3/8".  We sometimes find the number 3210 on the back of the hinge.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.
