ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail (9A84) Manufacturer Part# 40-8448100.

The Metpar Toilet Partitions Top Hinge is for use on there 1-1/4" thick square edged pilaster posts.  The outside dimensions of the U mounting channel are 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/4" high by 1-3/8" depth with a hole spacing of 1-1/2". The hinge lug projects out 1-1/2" by 1/2" thick with a bushing diameter of 3/8". They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   Also known as a Metpar Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Top 1-1/4". Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Alcove Clip, 71, 14 Gauge, 1/8" offset.

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Alcove clip is 2-3/8" wide by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 13-1/2" vertically and 1-5/8" horizontally. This clip is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Clip. Alcove clip has rounded edge radius. Designed to attach pilasters and panels with different thicknesses by connecting them at the seams and eliminating sightline.

The Hadrian Partition Upper Door Casting SS is the component that fits into the top of the metal door to act as one of the hinge points.   They are constructed of cast stainless steel.  The manufactures part number is 640003-700.

The Hadrian Partition Keeper Bumper Cast SS is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  The rectangular slot measures 9/16" by 11/16" and is meant to be the receiver for a concealed latch.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel and then brushed to the proper finish.  The manufactures part number is 601800-700.

Hadrian Aluminum Headrails for 1"X74" Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted partitions. For Hadrian Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel Partitions. The headrail goes between a U shape which is 1" for the headrail to fit into at the top of the pilaster, the headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top. Also known as part number 580074.

The All American Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for plastic laminate restroom stalls.  The hinge is constructed of a die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The part is for mounting on a  square edged 1-1/4" thick pilaster post.  The manufacture part number is 103PL.

ASI Matte Black twin hide a roll toilet paper dispenser is surface mounted. This unit holds two rolls (5-1/4") diameter roughly 1800 sheets. This L-shaped reversible shower seat is ADA compliant and comes with a one-piece, one-half inch thick ivory phenolic top.  The reversible L-shaped component allows the handing of the seat to be determined in the field.  The seat is 32 inches by 23 inches and includes a self-locking mechanism to secure the seat in the upright position when it is not in use.  The tubular components are fabricated from stainless steel.

The baby changing tables are a horizontal station, has a door facing and collar made from 18 gauge 304 stainless steel. Fabricated of FDA approved fungus and bacteria-resistant plastic. Unit complies with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and supports a static load of 300 lbs. This unit is used for recess mounting , also know as part number 9018 with American Specialties.

The Slide Bolt Latch With Indicator Cast Stainless Steel is a newer product for us.  The kit includes an adjustable spindle that will work on toilet partition door thicknesses of 3/4" all the way up to 2-1/2".  The latch body measures 2-11/16" by 1-5/8" tall by 1/2" thick.  The hole spacing on the latch body is 1-1/8" on the vertical and 1-11/16" on the horizontal.  The throw on the latch is 3/4".  The indicator plate measures 1-11/16" by 2-3/8".  This part is also known as the "Latch Slide S/M-Indicator-W/Keeper-Cast Stainless" and the manufacture part number is 124563. The bolt comes out 3/4" x 7/16" wide x 1/4" thick.
