Partition Bathroom Stall Door Heavy Duty Piano Hinge 57-1/2", Left Hand In Swing, Right Hand Outswing is constructed of 14 gauge (0.75" thick) stainless steel.  The internal spring makes this a self closing hinge. This toilet partition door hinge is heavy duty with a 1/4" pin for extra strength. The hinge measures 3" laying flat by 57-1/2".  9" centers with 6 holes on each side.

If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting.
