The bracket projects out 3-1/2" with the legs 1" apart, it is used for mounting a 1" thick panel. The mounting holes are located 3-1/8" from the base of the the bracket, and all the holes are 1/4" diameter. Partition Two Ear Urinal Bracket For 1" X 1-1/2" X 3-1/2

This bracket is usually used on Urinal Screens, which are the walls between men's urinals, to hold the partitions to the wall. The bracket is made of a zamac casting that is then chrome plated. The bracket base measures 1-1/2" x 4", with a 3" center to center hole spacing. The bracket projects out 3-1/2", with the mounting holes at 2-1/8" and 3-1/8" from the base. The holes used to mount the bracket to the wall and to the urinal are 1/4" diameter. The 1280 Bracket is sometimes called a Bathroom Stall Bracket, Toilet Partition Bracket, Two Wing Bracket, or Urinal Screen Bracket.

The Toilet Partition Slide Bolt Latch 3/8" Bar To Door Clearance is just like every other slide bolt, except it has an offset bolt.  Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/4" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 3/8" from the back of the base to the underside of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16".
