ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Global Partition Stainless ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. The Partition Slide Bolt Latch 1-1/2" wide x 3-1/4 Long is constructed of cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  The hole spacing is 2-3/4" center to center.  This latch is used on Global Partition Corp and Accurate Partition Corp products.  The manufacture part numbers are  40-256300, 40-8562899, and 8698. This latch is Ada approved.

ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting.
