Zamak bathroom partition hardware can be either chrome plated or non-plated. Installing Restroom Stall Hardware
Many of the hardware products we sell have a set of instructions listed on the product page. Plus, many of our product descriptions note the function of the restroom stall hardware when it might not seem so obvious what the partition part is used for.

Partition Top Hinge Casting Unplated
The Toilet Partition Top Hinge Casting Unplated is constructed of Zamac die cast metal. The outside dimensions of the top hinge casting are 3-7/16" high by 2-3/8" wide by 1-5/32" deep. The casting features four holes, two of them are 3/8" diameter, one is 7/32" diameter and the fourth is a threaded hole for a 5/16-18 screw. The two U channels have spacings of 13/16" and 1" on the other. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Top 1". Manufacture part # 4546. Used with AMPCO and Metpar Toilet Partitions.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Kit
Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

Comtec Hiny Hider Partition Integral Hinge Pin Kit with heavy duty L brackets for extra strength. This kit includes everything you see in the picture. ASI EZ Shoe is designed to anchor directely to the floor. Made for Global Partitions and Accurate Partitions restroom stall. This allows for the pilaster to sit inside the shoe. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic(1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel(1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate(1" Thick) and Phenolic(3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape. Used with up to a 1-1/4" Thick Post. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support U-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″. They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. This part is used on Hadrian Partitions and will replace the old style concealed turn latch. The new manufacturer's part number is 601150, but also associates with old parts and replaces 601100, 601110, 601200. This new turn latch with set screw and cover will replace all standard or old Ada latches prior to 8/1/2019.
