This latch was used by Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partitions.  Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5050 and also the same as 9G0136.  This latch ships with the mounting screws.

The U mounting channel is 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The mounting holes are 1-1/2" apart on center. The lug projects out 1-3/32" by 13/32" thick with a 3/8" diameter bushing. Also know as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Top 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4530.
