Two screw holes are 1/4" diameter, and are located 1-1/4" from opposing face. Sometimes called Bathroom Stall Angle Bracket. Sold individually, and shipped with required screws. The Partition Slide Bolt Latch with Indicator is constructed of Cast Stainless Steel.  It is designed for 3/4" or 1" thick doors, and has a screw spacing of 2-3/4" on center.   We find this latch on Global Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp restroom stalls.  The manufacturer part number is 8563009. This latch is Ada approved. There is no exact replacement available.
