The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Left Hand Outswing/ Right Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Left Hand Outswing, and Right Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". Also known as a Full Length Bathroom Stall Continuous Hinge. Manufacture part # 7959.

The Continuous Hinge without Spring Stainless Steel, is 57-1/2" long by 3".   It is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  Holes are located every 11" or so, and the hinge pin diameter is 1/8".  Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is cast 1840, then you have the One Ear Wall Bracket for 1-1/4″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 2-3/4″ long with 1-1/2″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The bracket sometimes goes by the name Bathroom Stall One Ear Bracket, Toilet Partition One Ear Bracket, Single Leg Bracket or Wall Bracket.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).
