The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.

The Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 3/8".  We sometimes find the number 3210 on the back of the hinge.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

The One Ear Hinged Bracket , 3" by  2-1/2" by 1" is constructed of 16 ga (.050") thick for the hinge and 14 ga (.075") thick on the bracket, stainless steel.  The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together. Bracket is 3" high x 2-1/2" deep for a 1" panel. This bracket is ideal for applications were the Pilaster and Panels are not at a 90 degree angle. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Hinged Wall Bracket. Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The One Ear Hinged Bracket Stainless Steel , measures 3" high by 2-1/2" deep by 1-1/4" and is designed for an 1-1/4" thick panel.  Hinge is 16 ga (.060") thick, Bracket is 14 ga (.075") thick.
