The Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge  is constructed of chrome plated Zamac die cast metal.  This hinge is used on round edged pilaster posts of 1-1/4" thickness.  The hinge measures 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/8" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U part of the hinge measures 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The hole spacing is 1-1/2". The lug projects out 1-3/32" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4040. Used on Ampco and Metpar Metal Partitions.  Shipped with mounting screws.  A=1-7/16"

Heavy Duty Piano Hinge Stainless Steel 57-1/2", Left Hand Outswing, Right Hand In Swing is constructed of 14 gauge (0.75" thick) stainless steel.  The internal spring makes this a self closing hinge. This toilet partition door hinge is heavy duty with a 1/4" pin for extra strength. The hinge measures 3" laying flat by 57-1/2". 9" centers with 6 holes on each side.

Partition Door Piano Hinge W/Cover rh in/lh out 54" aluminum anodized is a heavy duty 1/4" pin with spring to close. this hinge has 5 holes on each side with 13" centers and starts at 1" from top and bottom. The cover makes the hinge holes not as noticeable. Also known as 8674.

The Matte Black Hadrian Continuous L Bracket is constructed of stainless steel and measures 1-1/2"Wx1-1/4"Hx57-1/2"L. These are not designed to be through bolted together. Designed to be mounted on the inside of a partitions stall so hardware is not visible from the outside. Bracket comes with fasteners to install. Known as manufacturers part number H60358-BLK.

Hadrian partition steel stall doors are available with many colors to choose from and sizes. Quickship colors will ship in 48-72 hours. Usually one week delivery time for those colors. There is a 3 week lead time for non stock colors. The color chart shows an American flag which indicates a quickship color. All stalls doors come with a standard chrome plated door kit which includes wrap hinges, keeper and latching. Stainless steel hardware is available. The door widths start out at 23"-36" available. All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. Note we now offer Square Edge wrap hinges which are not very common, most have a slight round edge.

The Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge for 1-1/4" Sq Edge Cast Stainless Steel is a replacement for the Zamac Die Cast hinges for General, American Sanitary, Flush Metal and Fiat Partitions.  It features cast stainless steel construction, which is much more durable.  The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide and the hole spacing is 1-1/2". The U channel is 2-1/4" by 1-1/4" by 1" deep. The lug projects out 1-5/8" by 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter bushing. Also known as a General Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 3293.  Shipped with mounting screws.  A=1-5/8"

Plastic Rod works with most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. This is the replacement pin used on Solid Plastic restroom stall top hinges. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. The outside dimensions of the escutcheon are 1" deep by 1-5/8" high by 2-3/8" wide with two of the three holes with a diameter of 5/16" and one at 7/32". The Matte Black Hadrian L Bracket is constructed of stainless steel and measures 1-1/2"Wx1-1/4"Hx2-1/2"L. It is recommended that 3 bracket be used for panels of 58" height. The Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 3/8".  We sometimes find the number 3210 on the back of the hinge.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

The Knickerbocker Partition Bottom Hinge 1-1/4" Sq Post are for use on 1-1/4" thick square edged pilaster post.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The manufacture part is 3310.   A=1-11/16".

The One Ear Hinged Bracket , 3" by  2-1/2" by 1" is constructed of 16 ga (.050") thick for the hinge and 14 ga (.075") thick on the bracket, stainless steel.  The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together. Bracket is 3" high x 2-1/2" deep for a 1" panel. This bracket is ideal for applications were the Pilaster and Panels are not at a 90 degree angle. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Hinged Wall Bracket. Manufacture part # 111359.

Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is used for a flat wall surface mount.  The hinge is constructed for cast stainless steel and brushed to the desired finish.  The hinge hole is 3/8" diameter, and the manufactures part # 3213.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Mills Toilet Partitions Top Bottom Hinge Set is for use on there 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges along with the hinge pins and the security screws.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufacture part number is HDWT-Z01.

Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Toilet Partition Top & Bottom Hinge Assembly For 1" Door, 1-1/4" Pilaster Square Edge. Polished chrome plated zamac die cast construction. Kit includes Bottom & Top Hinges, Pintle, Nylon Cam, Top Pin and Bottom & Top Hinge Door Inserts. Hinges measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide with screw spacing of 1-1/2".
