The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Right Hand Outswing/ Left Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Right Hand Outswing, and Left Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". Also known as a Full Length Bathroom Stall Continuous Hinge. Manufacture part # 7969.

If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is stamped 1830, then chances are you have the Two Ear Wall Bracket for 1-1/4″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 3-15-16″ long with 3″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support L-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″.
