If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is stamped 1650, then chances are you have the One Ear Wall Bracket for 7/8″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 2-1/8″ long with 1-1/8″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The hinge is self closing by a cam action, which is made possible by angle cuts on the continuous hinge leafs.Cam features Zero Degree Closing. Can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. This hinge is also known as a Bathroom Stall Full Length Continuous Hinge. This hinge is non handed. This piece features a cam, which makes it self closing.  Manufacture part # 130209,7599, 125319, 650-9402. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside. This hinge is known as 7599.
