Extruded anodized aluminum construction. The cross section measures 2-3/4" high by 1-3/32" by 95" long. The part that fits on top of the pilaster is 1" wide by 3/4" deep. The wall thickness on this part is 3/64". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Headrail. Manufacture part # 80042.

All brackets, door kits, headrails and brackets are included to install properly. Doors can be either an in or out swing. Up to 8 standard stalls total or 7 standard and 1 ada stall. All toilet partitions ship in 48-72 hours plus 2-4 days travel. To have an ADA stall you must select 1 ADA 24x60, plus 1 standard stall for 1 complete 60x60 ada stall. To have an ADA stall & standard stall, you must select 2 standard stalls and 1 ADA stall 24x60. All quick ship colors are marked on the color chart with an American flag. The Privacy Cover is Great for Bathroom Partition Door Gaps. Block's gaps between door and pilaster for both sides. Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

Generic Plastic Rod fits most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. This is the replacement hinge pin on there Solid Plastic bottom hinges.
