Bobrick 1550 Instructions

The Accurate Toilet Partition Slide Bolt Latch is made of zamac die cast metal and then chrome plated and brought to a polished finish. This latch was used by Accurate Partition Corp and Global Partitions.  Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5050 and also the same as 9G0136.  This latch ships with the mounting screws.

The Privacy Cover is Great for Bathroom Partition Door Gaps. Block's gaps between door and pilaster for both sides. Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

The Continuous Hinge Stainless Steel, 54"  is for use on Right Hand Outswing/ Left Hand Inswing restroom stall doors.  The hinge is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  The piece is 3" wide when laid flat, by 54" long. Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. There is an internal spring to make this hinge self closing.  This Continuous Hinge is for Right Hand Outswing, and Left Hand Inswing, see handing diagram under "More Views". Global Partitions Bottom Hinge For Surface Mount. Stainless Steel die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-9/16" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. Manufacture part # 3010, 111710, 111713. Accurate Partition Corner Stalls in Powder Coated Steel. Also known as Baked Enamel Partitions. Overhead braced floor mounted stalls. Standard stalls are 36"x 60" depth (with 24" door), ADA stalls are 60"x60" depth (ADA with 36" door). All brackets, door kits, headrails and brackets are included to install properly. Doors can be either an in or out swing. Up to 8 standard stalls total or 7 standard and 1 ada stall. All toilet partitions ship in 48-72 hours plus 2-4 days travel. To have an ADA stall you must select 1 ADA 24x60, plus 1 standard stall for 1 complete 60x60 ada stall. To have an ADA stall & standard stall, you must select 2 standard stalls and 1 ADA stall 24x60. New Style slide latch with indicator in chrome plated version included. Cast stainless steel construction. Base of the bracket is 2" x 1-1/2", with 1-1/8" hole spacing. Bracket legs project out 2-1/2" with the screws at 2-1/8" on center from the base.
