Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be 20 degree hold so that door will close and rest at 20 degress from being flush with partitions surface but can be pulled flush. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

The hex shaped hole is 5/8" and the round hole is 7/32" diameter. The material or rim is 5/16" high. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert Bottom 7/8". Manufacture part # 1530.

Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Double sided door pulls in a chrome finish. The overall width is 4-3/4" x 1" deep. The center screws are 3-1/2". This manufacturer number is 54400. This kit includes both handles and screws for 1" thick doors.

The Flush Metal Partition Top Door Insert is for use on 7/8" thick doors.  The piece is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  Top hinge insert outside dimensions are 2-3/8" by 1" wide by 1-5/8". Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Can be utilized with any manufacturer for partitions but sizes could vary. Commonly known as 40-8447334(Global/Accurate), CI-76STIFFENER(Scranton) and 627240(Hadrian).

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Privacy Cover is Great for Bathroom Partition Door Gaps. Block's gaps between door and pilaster for both sides. Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.

The Partition Double Door Pull 5-1/2" stainless steel come as two handles for mounting back to back handles on an one inch thick door.  The handles have 5-7/8" center to center hole spacing, and the screws included are for a 1" thick door. This is constructed of cast brushed stainless steel. The manufacturer part number on this part is 900112. Overall width is 6-3/4"

Accurate Toilet Stall Doors are easy to reinstall when replacing. All doors come with standard chrome door kit, with upgrades to stainless steel hardware. Accurate offers 20"-36" doors in even numbers only. All sizes are for the opening that you have. The doors are 3/8" narrower than the opening. The Global Partition Stainless ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8263512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G500SS which is a complete hardware package. This was used up until October 2021.

Universal Stainless Steel Handing Hinge Surface mounted. This hinge is universal which means this can be in or out swing and right or left hinged. This hinge is 1/8" thick, overall width is 3" x 3-3/8" ht. The hole spacing is 2" x 1-1/2" up and down. The manufacturer's part number is 650-8241, 7199. Hardware included for 1" door and 1-1/4" thick post.

The Fiat Toilet Partition Bottom Door Insert is for use on there 1" thick doors.   It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The bottom door insert measures 2-1/8" by 1" by 13/16". The insert has one hole, which is 7/32" diameter. The square hole is 29/32" wide by 1". Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Door Insert Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 4700.

Ordering online all powder coated metal stall doors are Manufactured by Global Partitions. Partition doors that ship in 48 hours are 24, 26, 34, 36 doors. All other sizes take 5 business days to ship from the factory. Standard chrome plated door kits included with option of stainless steel door kits. When ordering a restroom stall door you need to know that the door will come 3/8" narrower than the opening.  The door size is the opening you have to replace, so a 36" door is for a 36" opening.

This was used up until October 2021.

The Accurate Partition ADA Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, ADA concealed latch and security screws.  This kit will convert your door to an ADA compliant door.  They are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 50-8511515.

These hinges will not replace previous version of Accurates old style hinges that are no longer available.
