Toilet Partition Two Ear Wall Bracket For 7/8" Panel Stamped Stainless Steel

ADA Partition Slide Latch with Occupied Symbol. Stainless steel door lock surface mounted for 1" doors, this can be used for doors less than 1" if the rod is cut down between the two pieces. All hardware included for installation. This manufactures part number is 50553. Hole spacing is 3-1/2".

Toilet Partition Urinal Screen Bracket Chrome Plated. This bracket is for any thickness panel. The bracket is 2 separate pieces. The base is 1-1/2" x 1-1/2". The base mounting hole is 1" from the inside face of the leg face. The bracket projects out 2-1/2", and the holes are at 2-1/8" and 1-1/8" from the mounting face. The brackets are made of a zamac die cast material and polished chrome plated. This bracket is also known as a Two Piece Bracket - Two Holes, Toilet Partition Bracket, or Bathroom Stall Bracket. If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is cast 1760, then chances are you have the One Ear Wall Bracket for 1″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 2-21/32″ long with 1-1/2″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The bracket sometimes goes by the name Bathroom Stall One Ear Bracket, Toilet Partition One Ear Bracket, Single Leg Bracket or Wall Bracket.

The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Hadrian Partition Keeper Bumper is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  The rectangular slot measures 9/16" by 11/16" and is meant to be the receiver for a concealed latch.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 601800.

The Global Partition ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8513512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G4000, which is a complete hardware package. This was used up until October 2021.

Tubing is 1″ diameter x 20 gauge with a satin finish. 48" Length will be as specified. Rod is held captive by flanges when installed properly. Rod may rotate in flanges if turned by hand. Correctly installed rod and flanges will support specified shower curtain(s) hung on hooks 1200-SHU or others. Rod will bend and pull from flanges if significant body weight is suspended.

The Flush Metal Partition Pintle 1/2" is for laminate restroom stalls.  It is constructed of steel and white nylon plastic.  The pintle is 1/2" diameter by 2-5/16" high. The threads are 5/16-18. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pintle. Manufacture part # 98265.  Shipped with lock washers and nut.

The pilasters are for overhead braced units that use an aluminum headrail to brace the top of the pilasters. A plastic laminate pilasters are 1" thick and 85" high. If yours are less you can cut the top off and the headrail will cover the top.
