Constructed of polished chrome plated zamac die cast. The wall mounted base is 7" across with 6" center to center screw holes. The bracket projects out 12" and the two thru holes are 7" on center. The bracket is designed for use on 1" thick panels or urinal screens. The 6 holes are 1/4" diameter. The Global Partitions Latch Knob Cover, with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  This is one of 3 concealed latches that we know of that are held together by a screw instead of the retaining clip we find on most latches.  The manufacture part number is 40-8513380G. This was used up until October 2021.
