The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

Global Partitions Bottom Hinge For Surface Mount. Stainless Steel die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-9/16" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. Manufacture part # 3010, 111710, 111713. Also used with Flush Metal and General Partitions. Shipped with mounting screws. A=1-9/16". Also used with Accurate Partition doors after January 2013.

ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. ASI EZ Shoe is designed to anchor directely to the floor. Made for Global Partitions and Accurate Partitions restroom stall. This allows for the pilaster to sit inside the shoe. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI EZ Shoes come with all hardware for anchoring shoe to floor and screws for attaching pilaster shoe to pilaster. Pilaster shoes are the base support for partitions.

Global Complete Hinge Set with Rounded Edge. Used currently with these factories Global, General and Flush Metal and Accurate Partitions. Complete as shown in picture with the parts.
