ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Metpar Partitions Bottom Cam Housing Chrome Plated is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and then chrome plated. The housings outside dimensions are 3-1/8" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-7/16" high. The Partition Slide Bolt Latch with Indicator is constructed of Cast Stainless Steel.  It is designed for 3/4" or 1" thick doors, and has a screw spacing of 2-3/4" on center.   We find this latch on Global Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp restroom stalls.  The manufacturer part number is 8563009. This latch is Ada approved. There is no exact replacement available.
