Global partitions new style door kits, used September 2021 to current. This door kit includes cast stainless steel hardware, hinges and associated parts, slide latch with indicator and door keeper, coat hook. The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. Factory part number 8263513 for inswing parts and 8263514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.

To order out swing version you must order both parts as pictures shown for complete door kit.

The Accurate Toilet Partition U Trim Door Insert is for top or bottom 1" plastic laminate doors.  It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal, then chrome plated and polished.  Large hole is 3/4" diameter, small hole is 3/8" diameter. Hole in the U is 9/32" and counter sunk. Insert measures 1" wide by 2-9/32" deep by 2-3/16" high. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert Top/Bottom 1". Used on Accurate and Global Toilet Partitions.  Also known as 9G631B, manufacture part # 1680.

The Partition Keeper - Outswing For 3/4" Square Edge is for out swinging doors and mounted on square edge 3/4" thick pilaster posts.  The keeper is constructed of cast stainless steel.  The manufacture part number is 40-8562306.

The Accurate Toilet Partition Keeper Bumper for Outswing doors is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and then chrome plated and polished.  The strike and keeper is 2-1/2" tall by 1-7/8" wide. The stop sticks out 3/4" and has a rubber bumper on it. The two mounting screws are 1-1/2" on center. This keeper bumper is designed for use on a 1-1/4" Post or Pilaster for out swinging doors. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper-Out Swing 1-1/4" Square Edge. Manufacture part # 5210. Shipped with mounting screws.

Global Partitions Bottom Hinge For Surface Mount. Stainless Steel die cast construction. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partition doors. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. The lug projects out 1-9/16" and is 1/2" thick. The bushing on the lug is 5/16" diameter. Manufacture part # 3010, 111710, 111713. Also used with Flush Metal and General Partitions. Shipped with mounting screws. A=1-9/16". Also used with Accurate Partition doors after January 2013.

Global partitions door kit for plastic laminate material. The hinges and door stop are for 1" thick material only. We offer in a chrome finish or a stainless steel version. Accurate Partition Bottom Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is used for a flat wall surface mount.  The hinge is constructed for cast stainless steel and brushed to the desired finish.  The hinge hole is 3/8" diameter, and the manufactures part # 3213.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Global Complete Hinge Set with Rounded Edge. Used currently with these factories Global, General and Flush Metal and Accurate Partitions. Complete as shown in picture with the parts. Includes top pin, top hinge, bottom cam, pintle and bottom hinge and security screws. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partitions with a slight round edge. These will not work with old original Accurate Partitions prior to 2013. Used 2013 to current with Accurate Partitions.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is constructed or cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  This top hinge comes with the white plastic insert, not shown.   The top hinge hole is 1/2" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 3713.  A=1-1/2". The Toilet Partition Keeper- Inswing For 3/4" Square Edge is for in swinging doors with a 3/4" squared edged pilaster post.  It is constructed of cast stainless steel.  We find this keeper used on Global Partition Corp and Accurate Partition Corp restroom stalls.  The manufacture part # on this is 40-8562305

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 1-5/16" and 1-1/2" between screws on center. Hinge lug projects out 1-11/16" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/8" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Top/Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 3540. Same as 9G631A on our website.

Global partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose in or out swing when ordering. Can be used as right or left hand as hinges are field reversible. This is done by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing. See manufacturers numbers listed below. The manufactures part number is 40-8261505.

The Accurate Partition Stainless ADA Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, ADA concealed latch and security screws.  This kit will convert your door to an ADA compliant door.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. The manufactures part number is 50-8261515.

Accurate Pilasters in steel are floor mounted and head rail braced. The pilasters are 1-1/4" thick by 84" height. The available widths are from 2"-24". All pilasters come with ss shoes and floor hardware. These ship in 48-72 hours from the factory and are a 2-4 day travel from lyons IL.

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Can be utilized with any manufacturer for partitions but sizes could vary. Commonly known as 40-8447334(Global/Accurate), CI-76STIFFENER(Scranton) and 627240(Hadrian).

Accurate Toilet Partition Panels are easy to reinstall when replacing. All panel dividers come with standard chrome panel kits, with upgrades to stainless steel hardware. Accurate offers 16"-76" wide panels. All panels are 1/2" less than the width size. Panles are 58" height which are mounted 12" off the ground.

The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The Accurate Partition Hinge Pin for Laminate is constructed of knurled steel.  This pin is used on Accurate Partitions Corp plastic laminate doors.   It measures 3-7/16" long by 3/8" diameter, and the knurled end has a threaded hole for a 10-24 screw.  Also known as a Bathroom Stall Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 99109.
