Installing Restroom Stall Hardware
Many of the hardware products we sell have a set of instructions listed on the product page. Plus, many of our product descriptions note the function of the restroom stall hardware when it might not seem so obvious what the partition part is used for.

Stainless Steel cast construction. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/4" wide. The slot that wraps around the post is 1-1/4" wide and 11-16" deep. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. Accurate & Global Door Hinge Kit 1-1/4"
Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Global Door kits Current Style
Global partitions new style door kits, used September 2021 to current. This door kit includes chrome plated zamac hardware, hinges and associated parts, slide latch with indicator and door keeper, coat hook. The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.

ASI EZ Shoe is designed to anchor directely to the floor. Made for Global Partitions and Accurate Partitions restroom stall. This allows for the pilaster to sit inside the shoe. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI EZ Shoes come with all hardware for anchoring shoe to floor and screws for attaching pilaster shoe to pilaster. Pilaster shoes are the base support for partitions.

ASI Alpaco Ada Indicator Latch is used by Accurate and Global Partitions. This European design is featured on the Alpaco Classic and Elegance Collection. Stainless steel construction make this indicator latch durable. These latches are created to be used on 3/4" thick material. Red and White indicator is used to show whether the stall is in use. Offers emergency access fom the outside with coin slot feature. Also known as 8273100.

ASI Headrail
ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Can be utilized with any manufacturer for partitions but sizes could vary. Commonly known as 40-8447331(Global/Accurate), CI-76STIFFENER(Scranton) and 627240(Hadrian).

This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.
