Toilet Partition "H" Alcove Bracket Aluminum For 1" Panel to 1" Pilaster

Constructed of extruded anodized aluminum. Bracket is 2-1/2" high, 1-1/4" wide and 1-1/2" deep. Mounting thru holes 1-1/2" on center. The legs project out 1-3/16". The Handicap Grab Bar is fabricated of #18 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.  They are available in 1 1/4” and 1-1/2” outside diameter.  All bars maintain a constant 1 1/2” offset, which is the distance between the inside of the bar and the mounting surface.  The mounting flanges have a 3” diameter.  We offer two types of mounting,  exposed screw mounting and snap on flange concealed. When properly installed they will easily support up to 250 pounds.  The recommended height for mounting these grab bars is 33 to 36” above the finished floor, but heights vary depending on local codes.  The overall length of a 12" grab bar is 15" due to the 3" diameter flanges.  Due to the various materials that these are mounted on, screws are not included.

The Hadrian Toilet Partition Top Hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge, as it mounts on the edge of the pilaster post.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The 9HH450 Toggle and Screw are not included with this hinge.   The manufactures part numbers are 601310 and 601300.

The One Ear Hinged Bracket Stainless Steel , measures 3" high by 2-1/2" deep by 1-1/4" and is designed for an 1-1/4" thick panel.  Hinge is 16 ga (.060") thick, Bracket is 14 ga (.075") thick. The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together.  This bracket is ideal for applications were the Pilaster and Panels are not at a 90 degree angle. The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support L-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. The Hadrian Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge is for use on 1-1/4" thick round edged pilaster posts.  This hinge is considered a surface mounted hinge because is mounts on the surface of the pilaster.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.   The 9HH450, Toggle and Screw are not included with the hinge, and would have to be ordered separately.  The manufacture part number on this piece is 601510 and 601500.

The Global Partition Stainless ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8263512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G500SS which is a complete hardware package.
