Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Retractable Wood Grain Phenolic Seat rh,This L-shaped reversible shower seat is ADA compliant and comes with a one-piece, one-half inch thick wood-grain phenolic top.  The reversible L-shaped component allows the handing of the seat to be determined in the field.  The seat is 32 inches by 23 inches and includes a self-locking mechanism to secure the seat in the upright position when it is not in use.  The tubular components are fabricated from stainless steel.

The Stainless Steel Folding Utility Shelf has 14-5/8" projection by 5-13/16" width.  An internal heavy duty spring in the hinging mechanism returns the shelf to the up right position when not in use.  The shelf is fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin or brushed finish.  The leading edges are radiused  and deburred to prevent injury.  The support bracket is fabricated of 14 gauge stainless steel, and are also radiused and deburred to prevent injury.

Known as 40-8512899. Shipped with mounting screws. This latch is Ada approved.

The Flush Metal Partition Top Hinge Casting is for use on there metal restroom stalls.  It is constructed of Zamac die cast metal.  The outside dimensions of the top hinge casting are 5-1/8" high by 2-5/8" deep by 25/32" wide. Two of the three holes are 3/8" diameter, and the other hole is threaded for a 5/16-18 screw. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Top 1". Manufacture part # 4556.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

Two Ear Stainless Steel Partition Bracket for 1/2" Panel. This is used with a 1/2" thick panel only. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" and height is 3", and sticks out from the wall 2-1/2". The overall width is 3-1/4". The screw holes are 1/4" diameter at 8 places. This is also known as 2209. The stainless steel is flat and rolled to form a two ear partition bracket.

Metpar concealed Ada lever latch knob with cover. Zamac die cast construction with polished chrome plating. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-3/4" with the inner ring diameter of 1-7/32". The latch bolt is 11/32" diameter by 2-21/32" long, the square box has a height of 3/4". Also known as a bathroom stall concealed ADA lever latch cover and knob assembly or a barrier free concealed latch knob, Cover and pin. Manufacture part # 6080.

The Toilet Partition Slide Bolt Latch is constructed of Cast Stainless Steel.  The latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/16" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5023.  Shipped with mounting security screws.  Also known as 9F0302SS.

This latch is the same as our 9F0302 (5020), but is made of cast stainless steel, which is much more durable and heavy duty.

Scranton Bathroom Stall Instructions

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.

Generic Plastic Rod fits most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter. This is the replacement hinge pin on there Solid Plastic bottom hinges. Also known as a Bathroom Stall 8" Bottom Repair Kit.  Manufacture part # 8475.

The Top Hinge Assembly Cast SS is for use with 1" Doors, and 1-1/4" thick square edged pilaster posts.  The hinge is constructed of cast stainless steel that is then brushed to the proper finish.  The set included the top hinge, pin, door insert and mounting screws.  Also known as a Bathroom Toilet Stall Top Hinge Kit.
