This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 2-21/32″ long with 1-1/2″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The Knickerbocker Partition Top Hinge Casting is constructed of Zamac die cast metal and is not plated.  This piece is used on Knickerbocker, Global and General Partitions metal doors, there maybe more, but this is all we know at this point.  The outside measurements are 2-7/31" by 2-11/16" x 2-5/8", which is the measurement, less the tabs that go into the door.  The hole throgh the center has a diameter of 1/4".  The manufactures part number is 4646.

The Global Partition ADA Door Kit is the manufacturer's conversion kit from regular door to ADA door.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The kit includes ADA handle, door stop and bumper, handles, and hinge pin.  The manufactures part number is 40-8513512.   If you want the complete kit, order 9G4000, which is a complete hardware package. This was used up until October 2021.
