The Toilet Partition Top & Bottom Hinge Kit  is for use on 1" Doors with 1" Square Edged Pilaster Posts.  The top and bottom hinges are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The kit includes top and bottom hinge, inserts, pintle, cam, top pin and all of the mounting screws.  This hinge set is designed for a maximum rotation of 110 degrees, past 110 degrees the hinge may fail.   Manufacture part # 63150.

Toilet partition pilaster shoes is designed to anchor directly to floor. Shoe is constructed of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel that is stamped and welded in a satin finish with square edges. Each shoe comes with fasteners and installation torx bit. Measurement is 3" tall and is designed to hold a pilaster that is 1" wide. Partition Pilaster will sit inside the shoe. This shoe is typically used with solid plastic partitions but could be used with different types of partition materials.

The Continuous Hinge without Spring Stainless Steel, is 57-1/2" long by 3".   It is constructed of 16 gauge (.060" thick) stainless steel.  Holes are located every 11" or so, and the hinge pin diameter is 1/8".  Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is cast 1760, then chances are you have the One Ear Wall Bracket for 1″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 2-21/32″ long with 1-1/2″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The bracket sometimes goes by the name Bathroom Stall One Ear Bracket, Toilet Partition One Ear Bracket, Single Leg Bracket or Wall Bracket.

Stainless Steel L shape Partition Brace. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support L-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″.
