The mounting holes are located 3-1/8" from the base of the the bracket, and all the holes are 1/4" diameter. The bracket is sometimes called a Toilet Partition One Ear Bracket, Bathroom Stall One Ear Bracket, 1270 wall bracket, 650-6407 wall bracket or sometimes One Wing Bracket.
