Holes are 9/32" diameter, spaced every 10-1/4" or so. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Hinge pin is 1/8" diameter. If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is stamped 1650, then chances are you have the One Ear Wall Bracket for 7/8″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 2-1/8″ long with 1-1/8″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then chrome plated. The bracket sometimes goes by the name Bathroom Stall One Ear Bracket, Toilet Partition One Ear Bracket, Single Leg Bracket or Wall Bracket.

These clips are 1-1/2" tall x 2-1/4" wide. The screws are 1-1/2" on center, with 1/4" diameter holes. The clip is constructed of polished chrome plated zamac die cast materail.
